Yes I'm 20 years old.The last time i wrote my post, i was 19...
One year ago,I was not yet an university student. University life has been eventful and challenging. I like it a lot although i feel like dying sometimes. I love going to school and hanging around with my friends.

Sem 1...
Went to school with a lost feeling but it's ok,i like to explore unfamiliar places, meet new people, listen to new stories.
Occupied myself with school work, orion and tuitions. Didn't manage to cope very well but all is fine now.

Sem 2...
Picked up the momentum to study again. Better management of time. Got a conclusion: intelligence level is important, hardworking is not enough.

Thanks to big boss for giving me the opportunity to lead CE Camp. The xuewei 6 years ago broke into tears during a rehearsal and didn't get to perform in the end. The xuewei 7 years ago, was only an insignificant passer-by on stage. The xuewei 8 years ago, acted as a class teacher with only a line, "Good morning class!", and she didn't even dare to look at the audience throughout the skit. The xuewei 12 years ago, back out before a story telling competition.The ME many years ago won't be able to hold a mic and speak in front of many people. I'm glad i did it this year ^_^

Conclusion: Self-Confidence is important. It doesn't come naturally, it needs support, experience, training,opportunity and trying.It grows from within and needs reassurance from others to shine!


Before joining St John, i was worst. St John gave me good trainings and opportunities for self development.
First footdrill Competition-super happy that i could participate even though i joined st john late.Felt so scared that i might drag the team down. Seniors asked if i wanted to be commander but i felt that i wasn't good enough. I was satisfied as the 2nd timer.
First Aid Competition- only thought of being no 3 or 4 because i didn't like to speak up. Seniors asked if i wanted to be no.1, but... hello,i knew there were better leaders.Hence agreed to try being No. 2. It turned out to be a valuable experience.ISPY team won and lost. We learnt and we grew.

This year we are celebrating ST John 50th Annivesary in RV. I asked myself, what did i learn and gain from SJ?

Wahh, all these memories seem so good! Xuewei only remembers the good things and the good people. So if u want to be remembered by her, be good =p because it is good to do good.
